Job Responsibilities:

Train and develop our approved service dog teams, participate in the training of our future service dog teams, coordinate L-tests, serviceability tests, and internal functional controls. Collaborate with the dog operations, responsible manager, and our service dog teams. Document and administer local dog operations for quality assurance. More information will be provided during the interview.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has personal maturity and is responsible. You have good experience in training dogs and an interest in working with dogs. You are driven in your dog interest and see great value in developing others in their dog handling skills. You should possess a high level of safety awareness and social competence. You have a strong ability to work in a team, but we also expect you to independently identify problems and solve them. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To work on certain assignments, a security check, in-depth control, and a security interview will be conducted.

Requirements for Applicants:

• In addition to the personal qualities we are looking for and describe in the various assignments, you need to meet the basic requirements to qualify for the position:
• • at least 18 years old before starting the assignment
• • high school diploma
• • good Swedish in speech and writing
• • driver's license B

You also need to be unpunished*, drug-free, have a stable economy, and good health and physical condition to be employed by Avarn Security.

Specific Requirements for this Position:

• • Security guard training and/or protection guard training
• • Dog handler training
• • Dog instructor training from the police authority for guard dogs
• • good knowledge of the Office suite

If you have the right profile for Avarn and proceed in the process but do not already possess the required training, we will cover your training! Security guard training is conducted at BYA, the Security Industry's Occupational and Work Environment Board. Participation in this is a prerequisite for employment.
